All our scarves are individually made. They are checked carefully for flaws before they are packaged and sent to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

If, within 14 days of purchase, you are not happy with your scarf you may return it as long as it is unworn and still in the original packing, and we will reimburse you the basic purchase price. Please use the website contact form and mark your enquiry - URGENT RETURN - and we will advise you how to make the return.

We send all our scarves using a Tracked and Signed service. If the parcel and scarf is damaged on arrival please take photographs and contact us immediately using the website contact form and mark your enquiry - URGENT DAMAGED.
